How to Buy an Apartment
Throughout the entire process, our sales advisors are at your disposal. They will contact you and guide you through the whole procedure of signing the sales contract, having the contract notarized by a public notary, as well as the payment procedure itself.
1.Registration
The first step in buying a property at The Dorcol Residence is registering your interest. You can do this by registering on our website, calling our contact center at +381 63 224 224, or visiting our sales center at Loznička 7 - 9. Opening hours are every day from 9 AM to 9 PM.
2.Choosing the Property You Want to Buy
After registration, a sales advisor will contact you to schedule a meeting and a private presentation of the project. You can also browse the apartment offer on our website and get better acquainted with the currently available residential units.
3.Reservation
Once you have chosen a property, the sales advisor will prepare everything needed for the reservation, which includes the Reservation Agreement, in which you specify the details of your apartment purchase.
4.Sales Contract
Within the period defined in the reservation agreement, the sales contract will be signed before the competent public notaries.
5.Payment Schedule
The purchase price will be paid according to a predefined payment schedule, depending on whether you are financing the purchase from your own funds or through a loan from AIK Banka.
6.Construction Progress Updates
During construction, we will periodically send you a newsletter with details and photos of the project's progress. You can also follow the progress of the works on our YouTube channel.
7.Handover
Once the completed building passes its final technical inspection and you pay the last installment, the property is handed over to you and you can move into your home. In parallel, we will officially transfer ownership of the property to you.
